What you will do

• Own and scale the first-party partnership with Microsoft, specifically within the Azure AI ecosystem.
• Develop and execute global joint go-to-market strategies including co-sell and marketplace initiatives.
• Build and manage executive-level relationships across Microsoft product and field teams.
• Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth through joint account planning and partner-led opportunities.
• Enable Microsoft field teams on value proposition, use cases, and differentiation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and engineering to align partnership initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 7+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development in SaaS or cloud infrastructure.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing or working with Microsoft partnerships.
• Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems, specifically Azure AI, data, and developer platforms.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through strategic alliances and co-sell motions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
