• Drive consumption by helping customers derive value from the platform.
• Secure strategic committed deals to co-invest in high-priority initiatives.
• Use prospecting and lead generation strategies to target leads.
• Engage with prospects to displace incumbent technologies.
• Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline and manage the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with architects and engagement managers for customer success.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, selling innovation in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of hirify.global' platform and the ability to communicate its value.
• Takes initiative, is proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Experience selling to Energy & Utilities accounts is highly desirable.
