What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a team of social media professionals.
• Drive viral content creation and authentically engage with pop culture trends.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and refine social media KPIs.
• Leverage advanced AI tools to accelerate and optimize scroll-stopping content production.
• Foster brand community by managing direct interactions and building long-term follower loyalty.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in social media marketing with a proven record of growing brands.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Expertise in content creation, video editing, and design tools including Capcut, Adobe, and Canva.
• Comfort appearing on-camera for video content and engaging in live social trends.
• Deep familiarity with pop culture, specifically BookTok and romance media trends.
• Previous experience in people management.
