What you will do

  • Act as the main point of contact to guide platform adoption and success planning.
  • Deliver regular business reviews to communicate ROI and align on success metrics.
  • Provide tailored recommendations based on customer industries and business goals.
  • Monitor customer health, manage escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Identify opportunities for expanded adoption and provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS with 3+ years in Customer Success, TAM, or support.
  • Proven ability to manage large portfolios and executive-level relationships.
  • Technical proficiency in internet technologies, networking, and email security solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Jira.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
