TL;DR

Customer Success and Professional Services Consultant (AI): Leading enterprise customer adoption and long-term value realization for an AI-powered RAG platform with an accent on strategic consulting, technical implementation, and solution architecture. Focus on bridging the gap between business objectives and technical deployment, defining professional services frameworks, and scaling engagement models.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Burlington, MA (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week).

Salary: $105,400 - $130,200 + Commission

What you will do

  • Lead post-sales technical relationships, guiding enterprise customers through onboarding, integration, and deployment of the AI RAG platform.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define AI adoption objectives, success metrics, and measurable ROI.
  • Design scalable implementation architectures considering security, data flow, and performance requirements.
  • Facilitate technical workshops, architecture reviews, and operational readiness assessments for complex customer environments.
  • Define consulting methodologies and delivery playbooks to transition into a Professional Services leadership capacity as the business scales.
  • Mentor future team members and collaborate with GTM leadership to shape services offerings and strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work hybrid 2-3 days per week in Burlington, MA.
  • 2+ years of experience at a major consulting firm or in a high-impact software practice.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise software deployment, system integrations, APIs, or data pipelines.
  • Working proficiency in Python or JavaScript for troubleshooting and implementation tasks.
  • Strong consulting foundation with demonstrated executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business objectives into actionable technical requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Kubernetes environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Background in AI governance, data readiness, or change management.
