What you will do

• Manage annual nondiscrimination testing, including remedies for failures and communication of results.
• Prepare participant benefit allocations to achieve client's desired results.
• Prepare annual IRS forms, including Form 5500 and Form 8955-SSA.
• Manage the collection process of employer contributions, ensuring accurate payment and coding.
• Review 401(k) plan documents to determine eligibility for merging into the hirify.global 401(k) Plan.
• Provide technical expertise on advanced technical issues to plan consultants and client services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Five to seven years of experience in defined contribution plan administration, with a focus on compliance testing of multiple employer 401(k) plans.
• Experience in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry and with multiple employer (MEP) or pooled employer (PEP) 401(k) plans preferred.
• Possesses technical competence of retirement plans and related laws, including ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and Department of Labor regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
