TL;DR

Starlink Enterprise Account Lead (Aviation): Serving as the primary point of contact for Starlink's enterprise customers in the Aviation vertical, managing onboarding, account tasks, and supporting retention/growth. Focus on delivering impeccable customer service, building relationships, and championing customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development.

Location: Woodinville, WA. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), Refugee or Asylee or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00/per year

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer segments within the Aviation vertical, owning responsibilities from contract signature onwards.
  • Deliver customer service to the enterprise team and customers in the Aviation vertical, including efficient acknowledgement and resolution of issues.
  • Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations.
  • Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback internally to influence and steer programmatic and technical development.
  • Retain and grow the value of Aviation accounts in both hardware and service revenue.
  • Identify and lead implementation of process and system enhancements to improve handoffs and execution across various cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; OR high school diploma/equivalency certificate and 2+ years of professional experience.
  • 2+ years of consulting or project management experience.
  • 1+ year experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), Refugee or Asylee or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
  • Availability and willingness to travel as needed to customer sites/meetings

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
  • Significant knowledge or experience in aviation, airlines, enterprise sales, finance, reseller, maritime, aviation, or satellite communications.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and delivering under tight time and resource constraints.
  • Significant technical knowledge of Starlink or telecommunications in at least one key area.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to craft and present professional presentations.
