What you will do

• Lead and support a full-stack engineering team building and operating hirify.global’s subscriptions platform.
• Oversee development of high-throughput, high-availability services handling up to 80k requests per second.
• Guide the design and evolution of monetization systems supporting cloud marketplaces, partners, and in-app purchasing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Billing, Revenue Engineering, and Product to deliver revenue-critical features.
• Drive improvements to purchasing flows, pricing models, and entitlement systems to support new products and markets.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance as hirify.global expands globally.

Requirements

• Experience managing or leading engineering teams in a full-stack or platform environment.
• Strong background in building and scaling distributed systems or high-traffic services.
• Familiarity with monetization platforms, billing systems, or e-commerce infrastructure.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering reliable, customer-facing features in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for building scalable systems and supporting business growth through engineering.
