What you will do
- Lead and support a full-stack engineering team building and operating ’s subscriptions platform.
- Oversee development of high-throughput, high-availability services handling up to 80k requests per second.
- Guide the design and evolution of monetization systems supporting cloud marketplaces, partners, and in-app purchasing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Billing, Revenue Engineering, and Product to deliver revenue-critical features.
- Drive improvements to purchasing flows, pricing models, and entitlement systems to support new products and markets.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance as expands globally.
Requirements
- Experience managing or leading engineering teams in a full-stack or platform environment.
- Strong background in building and scaling distributed systems or high-traffic services.
- Familiarity with monetization platforms, billing systems, or e-commerce infrastructure.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience delivering reliable, customer-facing features in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for building scalable systems and supporting business growth through engineering.
