What you will do

• Lead and scale a high-impact engineering team focused on growth-driven initiatives.
• Drive user growth and subscriptions by building and optimizing sign-up flows, onboarding experiences, and subscription models.
• Improve retention and engagement by developing features that enhance user experience, personalization, and re-engagement strategies.
• Run data-driven experiments to optimize key growth metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Design, and Data Science to align on growth strategies and initiatives.
• Leverage AI-powered insights to create dynamic, personalized experiences that increase user conversion and lifetime value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Strong technical expertise in backend, frontend, or full-stack development, with experience building growth-oriented features.
• Track record of driving growth through experimentation, optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experienced in subscription models, user acquisition, retention tactics, and monetization strategies.
• Comfortable working with A/B testing, funnel analysis, user segmentation, and personalization techniques.
• Experience using analytics tools (SQL, Amplitude, Looker, or similar) to guide product decisions.
