Inbound Sales Development Representative (Hospitality): Qualifying warm inbound leads from marketing generated sources primarily through telephone and email communication with an accent on identifying customer needs and determining if Lightspeed solutions would be a good fit. Focus on developing new strategies to grow sales pipeline, and consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.

What you will do
- Drive new business growth through qualifying warm inbound leads from marketing generated sources.
- Nurture all inbound leads through to qualification for Lightspeed’s inside sales team.
- Create a great first impression to prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience.
- Identify customer needs to determine if Lightspeed solutions would be a good fit.
- Manage multiple lead sources, including incoming calls, emails, chats and referrals.
- Manage existing customer database using Salesforce, to ensure all communications are logged and identified.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales or customer facing experience.
- Experience in technology (software, mobile or other) – major plus.
- Experience in hospitality an asset.
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal and written communication.
- Autonomous, outgoing, a self-starter.
- As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
