Commercial Account Executive (AI Data Cloud): Identifying, engaging with, and onboarding new customers to the hirify.global AI Data Cloud within the commercial segment with an accent on understanding customer needs and strategizing on how to best support them. Focus on helping customers choose hirify.global as their solution and solving complex data challenges.

What you will do

  • Research, identify, and generate new sales opportunities on a weekly basis.
  • Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails and social selling.
  • Participate and represent hirify.global at industry events.
  • Sell solutions with a consultative approach.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to successfully sell the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in pipeline generation and pipeline management.
  • 2+ year experience in full cycle sales and closing deals.
  • Experience working in a high-paced tech industry.
  • Fluency in Dutch (native-level) and experience in the Dutch market.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
