Sr Technical Support Engineer (ERP)

Sr Technical Support Engineer (ERP): Providing expert-level support across Azure, AWS, and ERP-integrated environments with an accent on root cause determination and resolution. Focus on leading critical incident response, collaborating across Engineering, Product, and ERP/SAP teams, and delivering operational insights that improve reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Location: This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week

Salary: $82,000 - $92,000 (CAD) per year

What you will do

• Troubleshoot cloud-to-ERP integration issues, including SAP, SAP-BRIM, and other ERP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues across Azure/AWS services.
• Diagnose outages, performance degradation, and configuration errors using logs, monitoring tools, and RCA practices.
• Provide expert guidance on Azure configurations, best practices, and cloud adoption patterns.
• Lead deep technical investigations for high-impact or recurring incidents.
• Maintain SOPs, KB articles, and runbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in cloud support engineering, technical support, cloud operations, or SRE-adjacent roles.
• Experience with SAP core modules, SAP-BRIM, or other ERP/Finance systems, including an understanding of data flows and integrations, is ideal.
• Experience troubleshooting SaaS-based cloud solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure (VMs, Storage, Networking, Entra ID) and AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda).
• Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts, including experience with Apache, IIS, MySQL, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL.

Nice to have

• In-depth SAP BRIM experience (FICA, CI) or SAP FICO.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Container and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Azure/AWS cloud certifications.
