What you will do

• Partner with sector leadership to identify organizational priorities and capability gaps.
• Develop and implement a 2–3 year talent plan, focusing on workforce planning, critical roles, and skills development.
• Lead talent review and succession planning processes to build robust leadership pipelines.
• Support the growth and mobility of key talent within the sector.
• Coach senior leaders to foster a culture of talent ownership and continuous development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic HR, integral talent management (TA/Talent/Learning), or organizational development roles preferably in a complex, international environment.
• Proven track record in translating business strategy into actionable talent plans.
• Experience with succession planning, leadership development, and workforce analytics.
• Demonstrated success in influencing senior leaders and driving mindset/behavioral change.
• Experience with large-scale and complex programs requiring cross-functional and multi stakeholder collaboration.
