What you will do

• Act as a team lead for global compliance operations, mentoring analysts and leading global compliance initiatives, with a primary focus on the Americas including Canada and LATAM.
• Orchestrate end-to-end responses for SOX, SOC, financial, and certification audits, overseeing government reporting and internal policy reviews.
• Lead the adoption of AI tools like Gemini and NotebookLM to automate the synthesis of global labor laws into actionable insights.
• Guide high-impact, company-wide projects from concept to implementation, managing multiple complex workstreams.
• Partner with Legal and HR to draft and implement HR policies, utilizing generative AI to ensure consistency and alignment across diverse jurisdictions.
• Conduct deep dives into worker data using AI-driven analytical tools to identify trends and insights.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant HR compliance or employment law experience.
• Proven experience managing SOX and SOC compliance within a corporate HR environment.
• Deep experience with global compliance standards, time-tracking/time-off, pay transparency, and international government reporting.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads and complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability or strong interest in using Google Suite and generative AI tools to summarize information, draft content, and analyze data.
• Ability to guide and influence others to achieve global compliance goals, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Experience directing Workday and ServiceNow integrations to meet compliance needs.
• Understanding of labor and employment requirements in LATAM especially Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, and Mexico.
• Experience working in a high-growth technology company.
