TL;DR

Manager Global Talent & Performance Management (HR): Conceptual project work within the global Talent Development Team with an accent on redesigning a global end-to-end Talent & Performance Management process, including succession planning. Focus on Talent & Performance processes in SAP SuccessFactors, including their continuous improvement in collaboration with IT.

Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany

What you will do

  • Conceptual project work within the global Talent Development Team.
  • Further development and redesign of a global end-to-end Talent & Performance Management process, including succession planning.
  • Rollout of the Talent & Performance Management process to G+D countries, including their enablement.
  • Design lead and responsibility for Talent & Performance processes in SAP SuccessFactors, including their continuous improvement in collaboration with IT.
  • Consulting and support for the global Talent & Performance Management process.
  • Close collaboration with G+D countries and business units.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, human resources management, psychology or similar.
  • Several years of experience in talent and performance management, as well as in managing global projects in this context.
  • Proven end-to-end experience in the implementation and further development of global talent processes in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Results-driven approach to work and excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
  • Intercultural competence and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent German and English language skills
