TL;DR

Client Partner (Sales): Acquiring new advertisers and driving revenue growth by developing and implementing go-to-market strategies. Focus on building relationships within the KSA and UAE partner ecosystem and leveraging scaled resources to research leads and implement engagement strategies.

Location: Must work in an office 4+ days per week.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of prospect accounts across priority verticals.
  • Build and nurture relationships within the KSA and UAE partner ecosystem, including e-commerce platforms and government entities.
  • Identify and develop co-marketing and commercial opportunities with ecosystem partners to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Guide clients through appropriate hirify.global Advertising solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Ability to speak Arabic fluently (in addition to English).
  • 8+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience.
  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision-makers.
  • Extensive knowledge of performance marketing, industry trends, and measurement approaches.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust with C-level clients.
  • A team-first approach and commitment to developing the skills of less experienced team members.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with regional partner ecosystems, MMPs, government entities, real estate players, and food aggregators.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
