What you will do

• Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities across the MEA region.
• Conduct personalized multi-channel outreach including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to engage decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline with smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges to effectively articulate the value of solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns and maximize impact.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity tracking in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Based in UAE.
• Degree in business or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or B2B lead generation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging high-level stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a high-performance team.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French.
• Prior experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
