What you will do
- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities across the MEA region.
- Conduct personalized multi-channel outreach including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to engage decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline with smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges to effectively articulate the value of solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns and maximize impact.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity tracking in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Based in UAE.
- Degree in business or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or B2B lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging high-level stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a high-performance team.
Nice to have
- Fluency in French.
- Prior experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
