What you will do

  • Design and implement complex rendering features using modern game engines.
  • Optimize CPU, GPU, memory, and bandwidth usage for performance.
  • Own technical design and implementation of large-scale graphical systems.
  • Collaborate with game designers and engineering disciplines to realize project visions.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to improving workflows and coding standards.
  • Participate in Scrum processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a Graphics Programming role.
  • Proficiency in C++ or C# and HLSL or CG languages.
  • Proven professional experience with Unreal Engine and/or Unity.
  • Strong background in profiling and optimizing code for performance.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model in Leamington Spa, UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Lumberyard engine.
  • Background in PC and console development.
  • Experience with real-time networked multiplayer games.
  • Interest in generative AI technologies.
