Focus on partnering with sales and engineering teams to address complex customer needs and mitigate churn within a large-scale enterprise environment.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with customers to define success criteria and monitor product adoption.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to demonstrate ROI and value realization.
  • Partner with sales and technical teams to manage renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor support tickets to ensure SLAs are consistently met.
  • Develop and execute success plans for at-risk accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Account Management.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and French is essential.
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of enterprise directory services like Active Directory, LDAP, or Azure.
  • Understanding of security concepts and identity/policy management.
  • Experience installing and supporting enterprise software on Windows and UNIX platforms.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with hirify.global solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Background in scripting, development, or DevOps.
