What you will do

• Guide customers through onboarding and training on the SaaS platform.
• Build and maintain long-lasting, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Provide timely resolution to customer issues in coordination with internal teams.
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively mitigate churn risks.
• Advocate for customer needs and product feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Identify and execute on upsell and renewal opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or financial technology.
• Fluent Spanish and working proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer-centric service skills.
• Degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the office in Madrid, Spain.
