TL;DR

Onboarding Success Manager (EMEA): Managing the onboarding process for customers and team members on a global HR SaaS platform with an accent on providing exceptional customer support, resolving escalations, and maintaining platform data accuracy. Focus on collaborating with legal and product teams to streamline onboarding workflows and ensuring high CSAT/NPS scores.

Location: Must be based within UTC+0 to UTC+3 time zones. Role is fully remote.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new customers and their team members.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding queries and escalations.
  • Support contract customization operations in compliance with internal procedures.
  • Create and update explanatory documentation and self-service resources.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Sales, and Product teams to resolve onboarding bottlenecks.
  • Maintain high-quality data accuracy within the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR or customer-facing roles within HR SaaS.
  • Fluent English language skills required.
  • Must be based within UTC+0 / +3 time zone.
  • Proven track record of managing customer escalations and meeting CSAT/NPS metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience scheduling and managing customer-facing meetings.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years in a customer success role working with SMB to Enterprise markets.
  • Knowledge of employment practices in more than one country.
  • Ability to speak languages other than English fluently.
