TL;DR

Connectivity Specialist (SaaS): Providing expert technical support and guidance to property owners during product setup and integration with OTAs with an accent on troubleshooting complex connectivity issues and ensuring long-term customer success. Focus on investigating root causes, delivering consultative product walkthroughs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous product improvement.

Location: Must be based in Spain (Remote role)

What you will do

  • Provide expert guidance to customers on OTA connection types and product features.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to platform integrations.
  • Take ownership of support cases and guide customers through resolution processes via email, phone, and screen-sharing.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear, consultative communication.
  • Collect and escalate customer feedback to relevant internal teams.
  • Ensure timely and effective support to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Must be based in Spain
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in a technical support or service environment.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills to independently resolve technical inquiries.
  • Experience conducting live product walkthroughs or demonstrations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and product updates.

Nice to have

  • Background in the tourism or tech industry.
  • Experience with OTAs or Channel Managers.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar support tools.
  • Prior experience in a startup environment.
