Customer Onboarding Specialist (SaaS): Providing software training to hotel customers across Europe via screenshare, chat, and phone with an accent on product implementation and customer satisfaction. Focus on driving customer projects forward and resolving customer issues.
Location: Hybrid (Barcelona)

What you will do
- Qualify customer requirements and prepare customers for core product implementation.
- Deliver a high standard of customer training on the chosen product via a digital communication platform.
- Clearly communicate 's support procedures to the customer.
- Take ownership of customer's problems and seek to identify, respond and resolve any customer issues.
- Drive customer projects forward, taking ownership of each project meeting it’s objectives.
Requirements
- Language Skills: English and Spanish
- Proven customer service experience with a passion for providing a premium customer experience.
- Tech savvy with a sound knowledge of all things technology.
- Goal oriented.
- Always thinking about the customer experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in the hotel industry in admin roles, hotel digital marketing or in a SaaS company.
