Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom and have the right to work in this location. This is a hybrid role with office attendance expected around four days a week.

What you will do

  • Lead the planning and execution of OOH solutions across agencies and clients.
  • Manage team performance against KPIs and ensure high-quality service output.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support departmental revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with media owners and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop account managers while overseeing daily operational delivery.
  • Collaborate with Trading and Investment teams to ensure effective media spend and campaign monitoring.

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in media planning with a strong understanding of the OOH sector.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and internal colleagues.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to manage complex detail and multitask.
  • Leadership capabilities to mentor, develop, and motivate diverse teams.
  • Strategic thinker comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
