What you will do

• Lead and build trusted strategic partnerships with senior client marketers.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns from initial brief through to execution and measurement.
• Manage the commercial health of key accounts to ensure profitability and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal strategists, creatives, and producers to accelerate project speed.
• Protect bold creative ideas while ensuring they remain within budget and platform-aligned.
• Lead and develop the account team across multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in account management within creative, social, or integrated agencies.
• Proven expertise in delivering social-first campaigns and content production projects.
• Strong background in managing senior client relationships and leading complex, fast-paced projects.
• Solid commercial understanding of scopes, budgets, and client profitability.
• Ability to work effectively alongside creative and production teams.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London North Studios, NW7.
