TL;DR

People Data & Insights Specialist (Fintech): Consolidating and analyzing people data across core HR and finance systems to drive strategic workforce insights with an accent on building self-serve dashboards and ensuring data integrity. Focus on translating complex datasets into actionable narratives to support HRBP and leadership decision-making within a global, regulated environment.

Location: Must be comfortable working from the London office a minimum of three days per week.

What you will do

  • Manage and connect people data from Workday, Looker, and other sources to maintain a single source of truth.
  • Design and maintain a suite of self-serve dashboards for HRBPs and leadership.
  • Perform strategic workforce analytics on headcount, attrition, hiring, and engagement.
  • Define and embed data governance standards and quality controls to reduce manual reporting.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs to improve data literacy and support talent strategy.
  • Contribute to wider HR transformation projects by providing data-driven perspectives on process and technology.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a people analytics, HR data, or workforce insights role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for extracting and manipulating large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills for complex modeling and data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one BI or visualization tool like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Experience working with multiple data sources such as HRIS, ATS, and Finance platforms.
  • Must be able to work from the London office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday as a core HRIS.
  • Exposure to Workday Prism Analytics or similar integration tooling.
  • Background in operating within a listed, regulated, or financial services environment.
  • Familiarity with engagement platforms like Glint or Peakon.
