Presales Consultant (Fintech): Supporting the accounts receivable solutions business in the DACH region by acting as a trusted advisor to prospects with an accent on translating complex business needs into solution value. Focus on delivering product demonstrations, managing onboarding concepts, and collaborating with sales and professional services to ensure successful customer implementation.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Partner with the sales team to manage the presales cycle for AR solutions.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and proofs of value to prospects.
  • Translate customer requirements into solution value and guide them through early onboarding.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration and handover between sales and professional services teams.
  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to the product management team.
  • Represent the company in webinars and industry events as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English required.
  • Experience in accounts receivable, finance, or financial software solutions.
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems like SAP or Business Central.
  • Ability to work in a customer-facing, consultative environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Business-oriented mindset with an interest in financial automation technology.
