What you will do

• Own day-to-day performance of core investment operations, including CASS reconciliations, payments, and the trading lifecycle.
• Drive the AI-driven transformation of the back office by identifying and eliminating manual, spreadsheet-driven processes.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to build automated decisioning and exception-handling systems.
• Design end-to-end processes that are scalable, testable, and resilient to reduce operational risk.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Ensure full alignment with FCA regulatory expectations, acting as a first-line owner of operational risk.

Requirements

• Senior operational leadership experience in a fintech or digital investment platform.
• Strong understanding of investment back-office operations (CASS, payments, trading, settlement).
• Proven track record of designing and improving complex end-to-end operational processes.
• Experience working with proprietary or internally built systems.
• Demonstrated experience using technology to replace manual operational tasks.
• Must be available for a hybrid work arrangement in London.
