What you will do

• Generate new sales leads via outbound calling and email campaigns.
• Manage and qualify inbound leads to ensure a robust pipeline.
• Schedule product demos and meetings for Account Executives.
• Communicate hirify.global use cases to effectively address prospect needs.
• Maintain accurate activity records and prospect information in HubSpot.
• Strive to achieve and exceed established monthly sales quotas.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of BDR experience selling technology solutions to enterprise buyers.
• Demonstrated experience in Cloud, SaaS, or IT infrastructure sales.
• Strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Tenacious and process-oriented approach to prospecting.
• Must be based in the Eastern US as this is a regional alignment role.
• Passionate about technology and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
