Location: Hybrid role based in New York City

Salary: $180,000–$220,000

What you will do

  • Define and execute the overall customer success strategy to meet growth and retention goals.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of customer success managers and onboarding specialists.
  • Develop scalable processes for onboarding, adoption, health monitoring, and renewals.
  • Drive expansion and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators including NRR, CSAT, and NPS.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap and ensure seamless lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B technology companies.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing and scaling customer success teams.
  • Proven track record of driving retention and expansion within enterprise or government accounts.
  • Strong operational skills with experience building KPIs and reporting frameworks.
  • Experience with technical SaaS products, APIs, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead C-level conversations.
