What you will do
- Define and execute the overall customer success strategy to meet growth and retention goals.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of customer success managers and onboarding specialists.
- Develop scalable processes for onboarding, adoption, health monitoring, and renewals.
- Drive expansion and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Establish and track key performance indicators including NRR, CSAT, and NPS.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap and ensure seamless lifecycle management.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B technology companies.
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing and scaling customer success teams.
- Proven track record of driving retention and expansion within enterprise or government accounts.
- Strong operational skills with experience building KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- Experience with technical SaaS products, APIs, and cloud-based technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead C-level conversations.
