Location: Hybrid in New York, New York or San Francisco, California with mandatory in-office days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

Salary: $180,000 - $235,000 per year (for SF and NYC locations)

What you will do

• Develop and execute enterprise strategy and roadmap to enhance integrations and extensibility for large organizations.
• Drive scalable product development across engineering teams for user and agent management, collaboration, and analytics.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration ensuring security and enterprise needs shape product decisions.
• Engage with enterprise admin and builder personas to inform product priorities and solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid from New York or San Francisco offices with mandatory in-office days
• Proven success launching impactful B2B enterprise products.
• Strong background in data governance and enterprise data access control.
• Experience with MCP servers, API development, and enterprise integrations.
• Comfortable and curious about using AI tools in product development.
• Ability to work proactively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

• Experience building AI features or products.
• Computer Science or equivalent technical background.
