Salary: $238,000–$357,000 USD (US) or $208,000–$312,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

• Define the strategy and platform architecture for scalable enterprise onboarding, provisioning, and policy enforcement.
• Redefine onboarding as an identity-first motion by optimizing IdP connections and device trust establishment.
• Partner with Engineering to drive technical trade-offs between enterprise flexibility, admin simplicity, and security design.
• Implement telemetry and dashboards to track identity health, activation funnels, and deployment maturity.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers focused on platform components and activation analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Platform Engineering, Security Architecture, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience with increasing scope and leadership responsibility.
• 3+ years of experience leading PM teams in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Deep domain expertise in identity, authentication (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), or directory-integrated systems.
• Proven track record of partnering with engineering on platform-level architecture decisions.
• Strong background in enterprise deployment involving complex IdP configurations and SCIM provisioning.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zero Trust security frameworks or conditional access models.
• Familiarity with generative AI platforms and defining agentic workflows.
• Experience operating in security-conscious or regulated markets.
