What you will do
- Define the strategy and platform architecture for scalable enterprise onboarding, provisioning, and policy enforcement.
- Redefine onboarding as an identity-first motion by optimizing IdP connections and device trust establishment.
- Partner with Engineering to drive technical trade-offs between enterprise flexibility, admin simplicity, and security design.
- Implement telemetry and dashboards to track identity health, activation funnels, and deployment maturity.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers focused on platform components and activation analytics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Platform Engineering, Security Architecture, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience with increasing scope and leadership responsibility.
- 3+ years of experience leading PM teams in enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Deep domain expertise in identity, authentication (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), or directory-integrated systems.
- Proven track record of partnering with engineering on platform-level architecture decisions.
- Strong background in enterprise deployment involving complex IdP configurations and SCIM provisioning.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience with Zero Trust security frameworks or conditional access models.
- Familiarity with generative AI platforms and defining agentic workflows.
- Experience operating in security-conscious or regulated markets.
