What you will do
- Define and execute the customer success strategy for large-scale Tier 1 and national accounts.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure One hirify.global delivery.
- Drive measurable business outcomes including subscriber growth, retention, and ARPU expansion.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with executive customer sponsors to demonstrate ROI.
- Attract, develop, and mentor high-performing global teams in a culture of accountability.
- Advocate for customer needs at the leadership level to influence product strategy and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success or enterprise software roles.
- 8+ years of deep industry experience with Tier 1 communication service providers.
- Must be located in the US or Canada to fulfill role requirements.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive-level negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence diverse internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically as required.
