Salary: $184,500 – $377,200 annually (varies by geographic zone)

What you will do

  • Define and execute the customer success strategy for large-scale Tier 1 and national accounts.
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure One hirify.global delivery.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes including subscriber growth, retention, and ARPU expansion.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with executive customer sponsors to demonstrate ROI.
  • Attract, develop, and mentor high-performing global teams in a culture of accountability.
  • Advocate for customer needs at the leadership level to influence product strategy and innovation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success or enterprise software roles.
  • 8+ years of deep industry experience with Tier 1 communication service providers.
  • Must be located in the US or Canada to fulfill role requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive-level negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence diverse internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically as required.
