What you will do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise stablecoin deployments.
• Collaborate directly with global enterprise partners to design and launch stablecoin-powered solutions.
• Translate complex enterprise needs into clear product requirements and execution plans.
• Design integration patterns and platform primitives for payments, rewards, and treasury management.
• Align engineering, design, operations, and legal teams to ensure production-ready enterprise launches.
• Identify repeatable product patterns to improve hirify.global Core scalability.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in product, strategy, or platform roles serving enterprise clients.
• Deep familiarity with payments, financial infrastructure, or large-scale fintech platform integrations.
• Proven track record building products for regulated workflows or money movement.
• Strong customer-facing presence with experience leading complex partner engagements.
• Must have work authorization in the USA or be eligible to work within the company's established remote/hub structure.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical, detailed execution.
