What you will do

• Own and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global’s hirify.globaling platform.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of hirify.globaling features and platform enhancements.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to design scalable hirify.globaling systems and data models.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, RevOps, and GTM to ensure hirify.globaling changes are operationally sound.
• Use data and customer insights to prioritize improvements that drive revenue, reliability, and customer trust.
• Mentor other product managers on best practices in platform thinking and hirify.globaling domain expertise.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience owning a complex platform area (ideally hirify.globaling, payments, pricing, or monetization).
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to work closely with engineers on systems design, data models, APIs, and integrations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, GTM, and Operations.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
