What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution for homepage, wayfinding, and integrated user experiences across domains and products.
• Partner with Design and Engineering leads to continuously improve end-to-end customer journeys, focusing on navigation, discoverability, and workflow integration.
• Identify and close customer experience gaps through customer and market research, data analysis, and close alignment with stakeholders.
• Drive development and implementation of innovative information architecture, navigation experiments, and homepage features.
• Create and manage program metrics to measure the business and user impact of your initiatives.
• Collaborate with GTM, Sales, Marketing, and CX partners to ensure successful launches and drive adoption of new experiences.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success owning strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a complex product, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or adjacent B2B/B2B2C environments.
• Depth in modern product discovery and delivery practices, including user research, experimentation, and data‑informed decision‑making.
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining product metrics, designing experiments, and translating insights into clear product decisions.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills, with a track record of driving alignment and outcomes across senior stakeholders and multiple teams.
• A customer‑obsessed, outcomes‑driven mindset and passion for empowering small and mid‑sized businesses through simple, powerful financial operations products.
