TL;DR

Senior Manager, On-Chain Partnerships (Web3): Driving the adoption of branded stablecoin infrastructure through strategic partnerships with crypto-native businesses with an accent on L1/L2 integration, DeFi protocol engagement, and commercial lifecycle management. Focus on identifying high-impact ecosystems, structuring complex agreements, and scaling the network developer side through data-driven business development.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote) or able to work from company hubs in NYC or Berlin.

What you will do

  • Source and secure partnerships with L1/L2 chains, DeFi protocols, and stablecoin-focused financial platforms.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive coverage strategies to prioritize partners based on growth potential.
  • Own the full commercial lifecycle from initial outreach and negotiation to post-launch expansion.
  • Align with engineering, product, and legal teams to transform commercial commitments into operational integrations.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and improve internal business development processes.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance during hiring and organizational growth phases.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in business development or partnership roles within the crypto-native or infrastructure sector.
  • Established network across L1/L2 ecosystems and DeFi protocols.
  • Demonstrated experience closing commercial agreements in technical infrastructure contexts.
  • Familiarity with stablecoin issuance dynamics and competitive landscapes.
  • Fluent in English required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
