Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote) or able to work from company hubs in NYC or Berlin.

What you will do
- Source and secure partnerships with L1/L2 chains, DeFi protocols, and stablecoin-focused financial platforms.
- Develop and execute comprehensive coverage strategies to prioritize partners based on growth potential.
- Own the full commercial lifecycle from initial outreach and negotiation to post-launch expansion.
- Align with engineering, product, and legal teams to transform commercial commitments into operational integrations.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and improve internal business development processes.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance during hiring and organizational growth phases.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in business development or partnership roles within the crypto-native or infrastructure sector.
- Established network across L1/L2 ecosystems and DeFi protocols.
- Demonstrated experience closing commercial agreements in technical infrastructure contexts.
- Familiarity with stablecoin issuance dynamics and competitive landscapes.
- Fluent in English required.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
