What you will do
- Serve as the executive sponsor and commercial owner for the Tokenized Assets domain, accountable for growth and deal progression.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for institutional adoption of Chainlink’s infrastructure.
- Establish and deepen strategic partnerships across top-tier financial institutions.
- Drive coordination across product, BD, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Represent at high-profile industry events and with regulators/policymakers.
- Align client and market feedback with product direction to shape infrastructure evolution.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15+ years in banking, capital markets software, or financial services.
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar, large-scale institutional deals through influence and C-suite relationships.
- Demonstrated success driving commercial outcomes across the full value chain of digital assets.
- Deep expertise in digital assets and tokenized real-world assets, including structuring, issuance, and distribution.
- Located in or within close proximity to New York.

- Experience developing new market opportunities, owning GTM strategy, and introducing emerging technology into regulated industries.
- High-charisma leadership with the ability to inspire confidence and build trusted relationships.
- Entrepreneurial track record, having built or scaled a business, department, or initiative.
