TL;DR

Account Executive (DeFi): Managing and expanding a client network within the DeFi space, focusing on institutional infrastructure and partnerships with leading players. Focus on managing existing client relationships and bringing in new business within lending, liquidity solutions, treasury management, stablecoin adoption, and structured & staking advisory services.

Location: Remote (EST Hours). Employment: US = W2, Non-US = Deel (B2B)

Salary: Up to $120k Base + Bonus

What you will do

Manage and expand a strong existing client network.
Bring in new business across four verticals: Lending & Liquidity Solutions, Institutional Treasury Management, Stablecoin Adoption in DeFi, and Structured & Staking Advisors.
Work with leading players like PayPal and Paxos.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in Crypto, with at least 1 year in DeFi.
Financial or tech background.
Connections in the space around exchanges, market makers, lending's and/or protocols.
Experience in research, GTM, BD, or Account management.
Hungry and eager to work, learn, and improve.
