Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany, Sweden, Spain, Ireland, or the UK.
• Demonstrable experience in building and managing bare metal or on-prem environments.
• Strong background in distributed systems principles, including scalability and fault tolerance.
• Experience leading initiatives or small teams and managing complex project cycles.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to ground decisions in real-world user needs.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted tooling in daily workflows for productivity and development.

Nice to have

• Practical experience running Kubernetes or Ceph in production environments.
• Previous experience dealing with colocation facilities and hardware vendors.
• Experience working in open-source or community-based projects.
