What you will do

• Configure and maintain automated detection profiles based on specific client brand assets and requirements.
• Execute detection scans and campaigns to identify potential online infringements.
• Perform meticulous validation and triage of detection results to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate the transition of validated infringement data to Enforcement and Customer Success teams.
• Consistently track and achieve performance metrics related to service delivery.

Requirements

• High proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Deep interest in Intellectual Property (IP) and digital data processing
• Ability to efficiently manage setup deadlines in a high-operational environment

Nice to have

• Experience working with SaaS platforms, complex technical interfaces, or large data sets
• Foundational knowledge of Intellectual Property rights
• Prior experience in Brand Protection, Fraud detection, or analyst roles
