What you will do

• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on improving operational performance, with a strong emphasis on merchandising processes.
• Assist in the launch and expansion of merchandising operations in new cities and countries, coordinating requirements across various teams.
• Manage day-to-day project tracking, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely escalation of blockers.
• Support the creation of forecasting models, P&Ls, pricing analyses, and sales dashboards.
• Assist in redesigning and optimizing merchandising workflows, automating processes related to inventory, logistics, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate tasks and ensure consistent execution across markets.

Requirements

• You have 0-2 years of relevant experience (consulting, operations, analytics, supply chain, merchandising or similar)
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.
• You are fluent in Spanish and English.
• You have experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization.
• You have strong project management skills and are capable of coordinating tasks with multiple stakeholders.
• You embrace change and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Having previous experience in logistics, operations, retail or merchandising is highly valued.
• Having previous experience in preparing operational reports and logistics KPIs is highly valued.
• Having experience with ERP systems, POS tools or logistics/stock management software is a plus.
