What you will do

• Provide 1:1 virtual coaching to members using the platform and proprietary tools.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to refine coaching skills and methodologies.
• Communicate with members via email and app chat between sessions.
• Share insights and tools with the coaching community to enhance internal practices.
• Act as an ambassador of the community by modeling kindness, respect, and empathy.

Requirements

• Must be based in North America or Europe
• 20+ years of senior executive experience as a General Counsel or Chief Legal Officer in or near the tech industry.
• Commitment to dedicate at least 3-5 hours per week (minimum 12 hours/month) for a duration of 24+ months.
• Ability to complete the mandatory ICF-certified Mento Coaching 101 training program.
• Proven leadership experience with a focus on coaching and developing individuals.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to facilitate vulnerable, growth-oriented discussions.

Nice to have

• Existing professional coaching certification (ICF or equivalent).
• Experience within high-growth startup environments.
