Solutions Architect

TL;DR

Solutions Architect: Driving complex B2B software implementations and serving as the technical lead for enterprise clients with an accent on application architecture, integration protocols, and API design. Focus on translating intricate customer requirements into scalable solutions, managing technical project timelines, and collaborating across engineering and customer-facing teams.

Location: Must be based in Boston (on-site 3 days/week)

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical lead from pre-sales through implementation and customer success.
• Scope and define technical solutions tailored to complex customer business requirements.
• Liaise between Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
• Create high-quality technical documentation, tutorials, and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
• Manage technical project timelines, risk mitigation, and testing cycles.
• Respond to technical components of RFPs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B software implementation or technology consulting.
• Deep expertise in enterprise application and identity architecture, including OAuth, SAML, and LDAP.
• Strong understanding of APIs (SCIM 2.0, HTTPS, SOAP) and SaaS integration protocols.
• Proven track record in customer-facing technical roles.
• Ability to work from the Boston office 3 days per week.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on development experience in JavaScript, Java, C#, or Python.
• Knowledge of mobile development frameworks for iOS or Android.
• Experience with productivity management tools like Monday.com or Miro.
