What you will do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations from pre-sale discovery to go-live and expansion.
• Design scalable and configurable automation solutions utilizing platform APIs and system integrations.
• Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps and design strategic automation improvements.
• Manage project delivery, mitigate risks, and align cross-functional teams with customer business goals.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence product strategy and delivery tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS delivery or solution architecture.
• Must be able to work from the Chelsea office 4 days per week.
• Strong understanding of APIs, technical architecture, and systems integration.
• Proven ability to lead technical engagements with enterprise stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for both executive and technical audiences.
• Domain experience in healthcare or complex industries.

• Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, or platforms like MuleSoft or Workato.
• Background in consulting or technical customer success.
