Salary: $137,000 - $206,000

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end technical solution architecture design for enterprise customers.
- Accelerate sales cycles by resolving technical gaps, risks, and integration constraints.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements for implementation teams.
- Act as a primary technical advisor during discovery, build, and delivery phases.
- Develop reusable solution patterns and integration frameworks for Salesforce ecosystems.
- Advise internal product and engineering teams on customer requirements and platform strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in pre-sales architecture, consulting, or professional services.
- 5+ years of experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator/Architect.
- Must be based in the San Francisco, Bay Area and able to work in-office 3x a week.
- Strong expertise with ReST APIs, JavaScript, and middleware implementation.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise clients and negotiate technical decisions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level interaction.
Nice to have
- Experience with payment processing systems.
- Background in the nonprofit or fundraising industry.
- Knowledge of tools like Zapier, Microsoft Dynamics, Google Analytics, or Blackbaud.
- Experience with Salesforce NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud.
