Solutions Architect (Medtech)

Solutions Architect (Medtech): Leading the design, delivery, and optimization of automation solutions for large-scale health systems and enterprise partners with an accent on systems integration, API architecture, and operational efficiency. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York (Chelsea office) 4 days per week.

Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from initial discovery to final go-live and expansion.
• Design configurable, scalable automation solutions utilizing the company's platform and APIs.
• Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps and translate business requirements into technical architecture.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to influence product strategy and delivery scope.
• Manage executive stakeholder relationships and align cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members and establish team-wide best practices for solution delivery.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in SaaS delivery or solution architecture.
• Deep understanding of technical architecture, system integration, and APIs.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven capability to manage complex engagements with enterprise-level customers.
• Business acumen in healthcare or similarly complex, regulated industries.
• Must be able to work from the Chelsea, New York office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with RPA or integration platforms like Workato or MuleSoft.
• Background in technical consulting or customer success roles.
• Previous experience in fast-paced startup environments.
