What you will do

• Create and execute custom plans to achieve customer goals using the hirify.global platform.
• Identify adoption risks and collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute quarterly customer success plans for assigned accounts.
• Drive platform usage and introduce new features and best practices to clients.
• Create presentations, roll-out plans, and proposals to demonstrate value.
• Track and report on critical customer success metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3-4 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Account Management, or Customer Success role.
• Proven experience working towards renewals and upsell quotas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Background in SaaS, digital marketing, or SEO.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
