What you will do

• Define the vision and strategy for hirify.global Live broadcast initiatives.
• Manage technical partners, production crews, and third-party agencies to ensure high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with Sports & Talent and Marketing teams to integrate biometric data into athlete storytelling.
• Oversee production of live graphics and real-time data visualizations for broadcast and social channels.
• Analyze and report on the performance impact of live broadcast initiatives to optimize future programming.
• Travel 25–50% of the time to support global event coverage.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in live broadcast production, experiential marketing, or sports media.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder broadcast productions.
• Deep understanding of live production workflows, on-air integrations, and graphics packages.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Ability to translate complex data into compelling audience narratives.
• Must be prepared to work out of the Boston office.
