• Develop 3 to 5 A/B testing variations for each episode to identify top-performing hooks.
• Utilize social-native tactics including fast-paced cuts, sound design, and text overlays.
• Act as a creative partner by pitching ideas based on current short-form trends and viewer psychology.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Expertise in editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or desktop CapCut.
• Ability to edit based on metrics and retention graphs rather than purely aesthetic preferences.
• Strong grasp of narrative structure and ability to start stories in media res.
